2016

Incorporated as a Private Limited Company in Mumbai, India Established a strong market entry as the first ever platform to automate the interview process. Generated our first billing in the month of October 2016 through our star clients Goldmansachs BPO, India.

2017

Planned a brand placement as the world's first HR Automation algorithm. Accredited by Garner Inc. To do a case study on the upcoming technology. Awarded the Best HR App of the year at the World HR Congress, Mumbai, India.

2018

Successful Go Live of Phase 1 (Automating searching to on boarding of a candidate) Pitched for Investment at Start-up Istanbul and secured 5th of 69000 applications. Featured in various news medias and on CNBC rising stars. Expanded to South East Asia and American Markets through word of mouth.

2019

Secured Patent for the algorithm. Awarded a EU-US Data Shield for Data Protection. Invited for a talk at the National Big Data Summit, at Google, CA Was a main part of Disrupt HR, Miami.

Founder and CEO, AskTrabaajo, Mr. Arun Kumar has marked his presence in the HR industry by bringing in a breakthrough solution to bridge the gap between the employer and an employee by ideating the seed of incorporating Artificial Intelligence in the HR space.
